Comrade Xi Jinping's important speech on the opening ceremony of the training course for young and middle-aged cadres in the Central Party School (National School of Administration) in the fall semester of 2019 provided scientific epistemology and methodology for Party members, cadres, especially leading cadres to carry forward the spirit of struggle and enhance their fighting skills. We should deeply study and understand the spirit of this important speech, firmly adhere to our ideals and beliefs, follow the mass line, cultivate our tenacious will, lay a solid foundation for daring and being good at fighting, and earnestly shoulder the political responsibility of "promoting the development of one side and ensuring the safety of one side".

       Firm ideals and beliefs. Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that a cadre who has a firm belief and ideals will stand tall and broaden his mind. He will be able to stick to the correct political direction and make sure that the wind and rain remain unchanged. The struggle of Communists is directed, standpoint and principle, which comes from ideals and beliefs. To strengthen our ideals and beliefs, we must thoroughly study the party's innovation theory, especially Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Only by learning to understand the socialist ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Ping Xin, and grasping the standpoint and method of Marx's theory, can we consolidate the ideological foundation of daring to struggle and be good at fighting. Party members and cadres should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, uphold political discipline, refrain from political insight and abide by political rules, and consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in political, political, political and political ways. In the new era, to consolidate the foundation of daring and being good at struggle, we must adhere to the mass line, turn the correct views of the Party into the conscious actions of the masses, unite all forces that can be united and mobilize all positive factors. Adhere to all for the masses, always put the people in the highest position in mind, always serve the people wholeheartedly, and always strive for the interests and happiness of the people. We should adhere to the principle of relying on the masses and deeply understand the importance of closely contacting them from a political perspective. At any time and under any circumstances, we should share our destiny with the masses, serve the people wholeheartedly and firmly believe that the masses are the real heroes of historical materialism. Whether it is the determination of strategic objectives or the implementation of strategic measures, the opinions of the people should be fully sought. We insist that people's support, disapproval, joy and disapproval should be taken as the basic criteria to measure the gains and losses of all work. To satisfy and support the masses, we should maintain our strategic determination, overcome all kinds of difficulties with the spirit of struggle and firmly implement them to the end; to dare to correct the opposition of the masses with a resolute and insistent edge; to persuade and explain more things that the masses have requirements and conditions are not yet available, we should maintain our strategic endurance and create conditions for early implementation.

       Cultivate tenacity. Comrade Xi Jinping emphasized that we should strengthen our struggle and experience, enhance our fighting skills, keep the spirit of struggle forever, and take the indomitable will of "taking the road to bumpy road, and fighting hard and dangerous" to deal with every major risk and challenge, and practically accomplish the work of reform, development and stability. To consolidate the foundation of daring and being good at struggle, we should dare to face difficulties in the face of contradictions and conflicts, not be disturbed by selfishness or human feelings, resolutely break away from the philosophies of mediocre people who "do not pursue their own affairs in their position", "walk around when confronted with contradictions, avoid difficulties", "do nothing as long as they do nothing, rather do nothing", and not be a "smooth official" who evades responsibilities, dare to rush to the front and meet the mountains. Road, water bridge, step by step, continue to work hard, constantly seek countermeasures, and actively solve problems, so that the more difficult the more forward, not to stop. We should have a self-revolutionary spirit with a knife-edge and an inward orientation, find out in depth where we are not suited to the great struggle, aim at the target of the problem, rush to solve the problem, grasp the problem and correct it. We should not let go until the problem is solved, and be good at drawing lessons from the mistakes and improving our ability and quality.
