China Commercial Livelihood Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (CCLIG) is a wholly-owned company of Commercial Network Construction ＆ Development Center. The Commercial Network Construction ＆ Development Center is a department-level unit which approved by the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform on October 11, 1993, and is subordinate to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission（SASAC）.
