The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to consolidate the important achievements of epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan and Hubei Province. In Wuhan, we should keep a high level of critical care force, maximize the cure rate, reduce the death rate, strictly implement the discharge standard, and strengthen the follow-up and health management of cured patients. The public health team sinks into the community, finds out the source of each newly confirmed, suspected case and asymptomatic infected person, conducts medical management, and finds out the key points, weak points and hidden dangers of prevention and control. All localities should implement various prevention and control measures to prevent the rebound of epidemic situation, give full play to the role of "two networks" of fever outpatient pre examination triage and pneumonia monitoring report of unknown cause, summarize and promote the effective prevention and control experience of all localities in the resumption of work and return to school, do a good job in health monitoring and patrol, and implement accurate control on the population and places that may spread once the cases are found In order to achieve the goal of "four early days", we should adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, release information openly and transparently in a timely manner, and never conceal or omit to report. The meeting pointed out that the current overseas pandemic is accelerating, and the pressure on China's national defense input continues to increase. We should further tighten the management of entry personnel. We will continue to strengthen the prevention of import and export of epidemic cases at air ports. We should strengthen the aids such as anti epidemic articles for Chinese citizens abroad, care for them, and provide special help for those in trouble. At the same time, local responsibilities shall be compacted to further strengthen the input and output work of land and waterway prevention. Implement measures to suspend cross-border international road passenger transport and strengthen the management of international waterway passenger transport. Apart from border people, diplomats and personnel engaged in important economic and trade, scientific research and technical cooperation, the provinces where the land port of entry is located shall take centralized isolation measures according to regulations. Under the condition of ensuring smooth cross-border freight transportation, the prevention and control measures for the drivers and passengers of freight vehicles shall be implemented. In principle, foreign freight vehicles entering China shall be unloaded at the place where the port is located, except for goods that cannot be loaded or unloaded midway. Strengthen border people's entry and exit management, reduce the flow of unnecessary personnel, and do a good job in group prevention and control. We will implement the prevention and control responsibilities of port and shipping and pelagic fishery enterprises, and intensify the boarding and Quarantine of international ships. We should strengthen cooperation with neighboring countries in epidemic prevention. We will increase guidance on epidemic prevention in border areas and support for materials, technology and manpower, strengthen border control, and strictly prevent illegal entry.
