The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held a meeting on May 13. The meeting pointed out that the Yangtze River Delta is one of the regions with the most active economic development, the highest degree of openness and the strongest ability of innovation in China, and plays a decisive role in the national economy. The integration development of the Yangtze River Delta has a great regional driving and demonstration role. It is necessary to stick to the two key points of "integration" and "high quality" to drive the development of the whole Yangtze River Economic Zone and East China and form a regional cluster of high quality development.

       The meeting emphasized that it is a major decision-making arrangement made by the CPC Central Committee to upgrade the integration of the Yangtze River Delta into a national strategy. We should persist in seeking progress steadily, stick to problem orientation, and grasp the key points and key points. We should foster the consciousness of "integration" and "one game of chess", promote the construction of integration in key areas, strengthen innovation drive, build a modern economic system and upgrade the level of industrial chain.
