To carry forward the spirit of struggle in the new era, we should more consciously adhere to the leadership of the Party and our socialist system, more consciously safeguard the interests of the people, more consciously engage in reform and innovation, more consciously safeguard our sovereignty, security and development interests, more consciously guard against risks, and firmly oppose all kinds of risks. To weaken, distort and negate the leadership of the Party and the words and deeds of our socialist system, resolutely oppose all acts harmful to the interests of the people and divorcing from the masses, resolutely eliminate all persistent illnesses, resolutely oppose all acts that divide the motherland, undermine national unity and social harmony and stability, and resolutely defeat all acts that are political, economic and cultural.        "The struggle of our Communists has always been challenged by contradictions and risks." In the new era, we must put the Party's political construction in the first place, ensure the Party's centralization and unity, promote the whole Party to strengthen "four consciousness", firm "four self-confidence", and achieve "two safeguards".
