At the Congress celebrating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "we must adhere to dialectical materialism and historical materialism worldview and methodology and correctly handle the relationship between reform, development and stability". Speaking loudly, it fully illustrates the importance of adhering to the correct world outlook and methodology in pushing forward reform and opening up in the new era.

It is the mistake of direction, strategy and road choice.
