He emphasized that the Agriculture and Rural Committee is a newly formed special committee of the CPPCC, which is an important measure taken by the CPC Central Committee to optimize the establishment of the CPPCC institutions, and reflects the great importance attached to the work of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Counterpart consultation is an important form of deliberative democracy of the CPPCC and an important carrier for the broad, multi-level and institutionalized development of deliberative democracy. General Secretary Xi Jinping's important guiding spirit on the development of consultative democracy of the CPPCC should be implemented, and the characteristics and advantages of professional and flexible counterpart consultation should be well utilized so as to expand a new platform and inject new vitality into the full play of the role of the special consultative body of the CPPCC.

       Twelve members of the CPPCC National and Local Councils made suggestions on the development of rural industries, scientific and technological research and development, financial services, land policy, e-commerce and talent support. Dozens of members of the CPPCC National Committee expressed their views enthusiastically on the mobile platform. It is believed that since the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural rejuvenation, China's agricultural and rural development has maintained a good trend, the reform and development have been comprehensively and thoroughly promoted, the supply of important agricultural products has been sufficient, the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas has been accelerated, new technologies, new products, new forms of business and new business entities have developed vigorously, and farmers'income has Growth, rural social harmony and stability. However, there are still some outstanding problems and shortcomings in Rural Revitalization and industrial development, such as weak scientific and technological capacity, lack of human resources, inadequate financial supply, lagging circulation system and imperfect land policy.

       Some members suggested that industrial prosperity should be the focus of rural revitalization. We should promote the integration and development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, vigorously develop intensive processing of agricultural products, and expand new forms of rural tourism and agricultural services. We should innovate the management system of rural contracted land, residential land and collective construction land, delimit policy boundaries, refine the scope of facilities agricultural land, speed up the revitalization of farm houses and residential land, and ensure the land demand for rural industrial development. We should promote rural financial legislation, clarify the legal responsibilities of agricultural-related financial institutions, clarify the development orientation of rural policy-oriented, commercial and cooperative finance, and strengthen policy support for Rural Revitalization of financial services. We should promote the Informatization Transformation of rural entities such as supply and marketing cooperatives and postal services, integrate logistics express delivery resources, break through the bottleneck constraints of rural e-commerce development, and promote the modernization of rural circulation. It is necessary to implement scientific and technological support actions for Rural Revitalization and strengthen the research and development and application of agricultural science and technology. We should pay more attention to the training of talents, build a modern agricultural and rural compound talent team with stable scale, optimized structure and excellent quality, and provide strong talent support for Rural Revitalization and industrial development.
