2018 China international big data industry Expo opened on 26 th in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, and President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the conference.

       Xi Jinping pointed out that, at present, the new generation of information technology, represented by the Internet, large data and artificial intelligence, has brought about great and profound influence on the economic and social development, state management, social governance and people's life. To grasp the important opportunities for the development of large data, to promote the healthy development of the large data industry and to deal with the challenges of data security and cyberspace management, we need to strengthen exchanges and mutual understanding and deepen communication and cooperation.

       Xi Jinping stressed that China attaches great importance to the development of big data. We uphold the concept of innovation, coordination, green, open and shared development, around the construction of network power, digital China, the wisdom of the society, the full implementation of the national big data strategy, to help the Chinese economy from high speed to high quality development. It is hoped that the representatives and guests will focus on the theme of "the integration of all things and wisdom in the integration" of the Expo, to deepen the exchange and brainstorm, to jointly promote the innovation and development of the big data industry, create a common life, benefit the people of the world, and jointly promote the construction of a community of human destiny.
