This is not only conducive to precise prevention and control, maintaining the health of the masses, but also conducive to the reasonable flow of personnel and promoting the full resumption of work. We should speed up the improvement of detection technology, increase the production of more simple, more efficient and accurate detection equipment, widely allocate them to hospitals, ports and other urgent aspects, expand the commercial application, make sure that the key population should be fully inspected, and the units and places where the personnel gather in the resumption of work should be given priority to be fully inspected. All localities should exchange information on mutual recognition of test results and other aspects, improve the level of enterprises' return to work and production, and orderly promote the return of life service industry to the city and school. The joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council should adjust and optimize the criteria for determining the epidemic risk level, so as to more accurately reflect the risk situation of each region and meet the needs of normalized prevention and control. The meeting pointed out that we should strengthen and improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation at border ports. Make response plans according to different situations. We will increase the overall allocation and support of border city epidemic prevention and control personnel, imaging inspection, medical treatment and other hardware equipment, and other epidemic prevention materials. We will improve regional joint defense and control mechanisms at border ports, and coordinate with relevant provinces to support border areas. We will deepen international cooperation, strengthen market and quality supervision of medical materials for epidemic prevention, and facilitate the foreign aid and export of medical materials for epidemic prevention.
