       The circular emphasizes that it is important to learn and comprehend the history of the Party and the history of the New China as an important way to remember the Party's original intention and mission, organize and guide Party members and cadres to study the history of the Party and the history of the New China conscientiously, understand the major events, important meetings, important documents and important figures in the history of the Party and the new China, and understand that our Party leads the people through arduous work. The outstanding course of struggle, the history of more than 170 years of struggle since modern China, the history of 98 years of struggle of our Party and the history of 70 years of development of New China, the glorious tradition, valuable experience and great achievements of our Party, and in the process of deep study and continuous understanding, we can find out where we come from, where we go and where we are going, and the absolute hardship is absolutely essential. What and how did it come about? Know the history and love the Party, know the history and patriotism, always worry about the heart of the Party, be responsible for the Party, and strengthen the Party's will.

       The notice emphasized that Party members and cadres should be organized and guided to study Party history and new Chinese history students to study the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, to study the Selection and Edition of Xi Jinping's Important Discussions on "Never Forget the Initial Mind and Keep Mission in mind", and to study the importance of Party history and new Chinese history in General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and articles. Discussions should be combined to deepen the understanding of "never forget the original intention and remember the mission". Through learning, we can further understand the advanced political attributes, lofty political ideals, lofty political pursuit, pure political quality of our Party, inherit the red gene, and strengthen our ideals and beliefs; further understand the arduous exploration and historical necessity of China from standing up, becoming rich to becoming strong, and strengthen its road self-confidence.
